Client Success Specialist

The Opportunity

Digital Marketer Bee requires a Client Success Specialist, who loves project managing and communication. The focus of the role will be working with the Web Design and Development and SEO/ paid advertising teams and importantly, liaising with clients. 

You will be joining a specialised performance agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds distributed across Australia and Globally. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who has good communication skills and is interested in becoming a Digital Marketer, learning the ropes or honing their existing skills, and taking their career to the next level.

Your Purpose

You’re driven to achieve performance digital marketing results for your clients. Ideally you have a reasonable understanding of digital marketing channels and ideally some “on the tools” experience. You are analytical, strategic, and are comfortable working in a high-performance environment. 

You will learn how technical SEO and paid advertising work and convey the results to the clients. You will work with an amazing website design and development team and be a central point of contact for clients, managing and overseeing communication on a number of client accounts. 

You will be the central point of contact for a number of internal and external stakeholders so that together you can build and deliver seamless, integrated website design and development projects, SEO and paid advertising strategies.

• No previous experience is necessary as we will provide full training. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing with an eagerness to learn and expand their skills. If you have the right skills we can show you the ropes.
• Must be located/residing in Albury-Wodonga.

Responsibilities and duties

• Projects managed efficiently by meeting required deadlines.
• Monitor and manage all aspects of the work to ensure all clients needs are met.
• Ensure client communication targets are being met
• Continued learning and education of the following digital marketing channels: Web design and dev, SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing.
• Manage relationships within your portfolio to drive growth and generate new opportunities.
