We’re looking for a Shopify developer, with minimum 3 years experience, to join our growing creative team. We’re an award-winning digital agency and Australia’s leading Shopify Plus partner. We focus on strategy, design, development and data-driven growth in the ecommerce industry, with a client base of international fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands.
The team
You’ll join a young, diverse, vibrant and energetic team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and eager to learn more. We have a centrally located office in Amsterdam that’s always packed with friendly faces, warm food and cold beer.

We’re big on collaboration and always encourage our separate teams to work together on projects. You’ll work closely with the sales team, learning from them along the way whilst they also learn from you, as we all pitch in to help our clients grow their businesses.
Job description
As a Shopify Developer, you have the opportunity and responsibility to define the development vision as well as the Shopify development team. You are taking the lead in multiple projects at the same time and ensures successful delivery, consistently. You are able get the best out of all the team members and take responsibility for the teams output.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and get’s excited about leading different projects – with a love for collaborating with others. You have an interest in the current ecommerce landscape and an innovative and creative mentality, with the ability to deliver exceptional ecommerce experiences and the confidence to make justified recommendations for development work.
Most importantly, you are extremely passionate about coding with a strong work ethic and an extraordinary attention to detail and precision.

You will use
Shopify liquid, Shopify storefront API, Shopify admin API, Node, HTML, CSS and Liquid
Job requirements
- Extensive Javascript knowledge (ES6), Liquid, Node, Webpack, Git and GraphQL.
- At least 3 years + experience with Shopify
- Proven Shopify theme development skills
- Proven Shopify App development skills
- Pixel perfect development
- Up to date with industry development trends and tools
- Worked on projects as a lead developer before
- An eagerness to improve your own development knowledge and ability
Nice to have
- Experience with Headless ecommerce
- Experience with other ecommerce tools and apps
- Have worked within a variety of agile development teams and processes
