proof that local visibility turns into real demand

Local SEO earns its place when it produces calls, enquiries and customers, not just map impressions. These regional results show what happens when the website, Google Business Profile, local content and search campaigns support the same goal.

where local customers decide

your business needs to agree everywhere it appears

A wrong phone number, an empty profile or a website that tells a different story creates doubt. We make your services, locations and proof consistent across the places customers and search systems use to check your business.

why local SEO keeps working

be visible when someone nearby is ready to choose

People searching locally are usually not researching in the abstract. They need a provider, store or service in a place they can reach. Local SEO makes the evidence consistent across Google, Maps, your website and AI-generated answers, then gives people a clear path to call, visit or enquire.

capture demand that already exists

A strong Maps and organic presence puts you in front of people already looking for what you do in your service area. The job is not to manufacture attention. It is to be visible with the right answer when intent is already high.

build trust before the first conversation

Accurate details, recent reviews, useful service pages and local proof let customers check you before they contact you. Those same signals also help search and AI systems verify the business.

create an asset beyond ad spend

Ads stop when the spend stops. Local SEO takes longer, but the listings, pages, reviews and authority it builds keep supporting discovery over time. We use both when the business case calls for it.

six parts,
managed as one local presence

Local visibility is not controlled by one setting. We manage the connected work across your profile, website and wider online presence, then report what changed and what it produced.

Local SEO

local visibility audit

We check how your business appears across Google Search, Maps, AI answers, directories and your website. As Regional Australia’s first AI Search agency, we include the local questions customers use to compare providers, then show you the missing or conflicting signals most likely to cost enquiries.

Local SEO

a strategy built around local demand

We map the services, locations and questions connected to real customer intent, then prioritise the work by commercial value, competition and what your business can genuinely serve.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile and listings

We manage the categories, services, description, photos, updates and business details that customers rely on. We also clean up inconsistent listings and resolve duplicates that weaken trust.

Local SEO

local pages that deserve to rank

We improve service and location pages with useful local information, clear internal links and structured data. Each page has a real purpose; we do not mass-produce thin town pages.

Local SEO

reporting tied to calls and enquiries

We report Maps and organic visibility alongside calls, forms, bookings and other outcomes you can measure. You see what moved, what DMB changed and where the next opportunity sits.

Local SEO

a regional team you can reach

You work with a consistent team based in Albury-Wodonga and Wagga. We understand the regional market, explain the work plainly and stay close enough to notice when something changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Local SEO is search engine optimisation focused on helping a business appear when people search for products or services in a particular area. It improves visibility in Google Search and Maps through Business Profile work, locally relevant website pages, reviews, accurate listings and local authority.

Standard SEO may target broad or national searches. Local SEO gives more weight to geography and immediate intent: searches such as electrician near me or a service plus a town name. The objective is to help nearby customers find accurate information, trust the business and take the next step.

Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and prominence. Relevance is how well the business matches the search. Distance reflects how close it is to the searcher. Prominence reflects how well-known and trusted it appears, including links and reviews.

You cannot optimise away distance. DMB focuses on the parts a business can improve: a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, suitable categories and services, helpful local website content, genuine reviews, consistent listings, local links and a site that works properly on mobile.

No. If the business travels to customers and does not receive them at its address, it can use a service-area Business Profile and hide the address. The service areas, phone, hours and website should still reflect the real business.

Local pages can explain where you work and what you offer, but adding place names does not create proximity. Virtual offices and addresses where the business is not staffed are not a shortcut and can breach Google’s guidelines.

Google reviews help a business stand out in Search and Maps, and Google says review count and positive ratings can contribute to local prominence. Their value is not only ranking. People use the recency, detail and overall pattern of reviews to decide whether a business deserves the call.

We help build a repeatable process for requesting genuine reviews and responding to them. Incentives, review gating and sudden manufactured spikes are not part of that process.

Yes. Each real, staffed location can have its own Google Business Profile and a useful location page with accurate details, local services and content specific to that market. The profiles and pages should support one another without duplicating the same copy.

A service-area business with one central location should not create extra profiles for every town it serves. Multi-location SEO works when the locations are genuine, the structure is clear and each market has enough substance to deserve its own presence.

Local SEO can strengthen the evidence AI tools use to understand a business: its website, Business Profile, locations, services, reviews, listings and trusted mentions. Clear and consistent information makes it easier for those systems to identify the business and connect it with relevant local questions.

DMB also checks where a business is named, cited or missing in AI-generated answers. No agency can guarantee a recommendation, but the work can make the business easier to verify and less likely to be overlooked.

our mission

AI Search is changing how people compare organisations. Regional leaders deserve a clear view of the shift before it becomes another unowned risk. Every fortnight, we run a free Future of Search workshop in Albury-Wodonga and Wagga, sharing what we see in real searches and answering your questions.
