AI Agent Bee is Digital Marketer Bee’s new sister company, launched in Albury this August. Where DMB runs your marketing for you, AI Agent Bee teaches your team to run AI-powered marketing themselves, through a structured path of free resources, workshops, and hands-on programs built specifically for regional Australian businesses. 20 August 2026
For ten years, Digital Marketer Bee has run marketing for regional businesses across Albury-Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, and the surrounding NSW and Victorian region. Along the way, one problem kept showing up in almost every client conversation: everyone knew AI was relevant to their marketing, and almost nobody had a practical way in.
The AI programs on the market were built for Sydney and Melbourne agencies, with enterprise budgets and dedicated tech teams. None of them were built for a two-person marketing team at a regional health service doing the work of four. So founder Bee Bowman built one. That program is now its own company: AI Agent Bee, launched this August as a sister brand to Digital Marketer Bee.
Why a second company, not just a new service
Digital Marketer Bee and AI Agent Bee solve two different problems, and the difference is deliberate.
Digital Marketer Bee is done for you. You bring the brief, and the DMB team handles strategy, content, campaigns, and reporting on an ongoing basis. AI Agent Bee is done with you, owned by you. It’s structured AI training mapped to your team’s actual workflows, with the goal of handing the system over completely. When an AI Agent Bee engagement ends, your team keeps running and improving what you built, without needing to come back.
That distinction matters because a lot of regional teams have already tried the middle ground: a ChatGPT trial here, a one-off webinar there. As the article why most regional marketing teams get stuck at “I’ve tried ChatGPT” and what to do instead lays out, dabbling in AI tools without a structured path is exactly why so many teams stall before they see real results.
What AI Agent Bee actually offers
Every engagement starts free, and each program builds on the last:
The AI Readiness Scan is a free, 12-question, three-minute assessment that shows exactly where your team sits with AI right now and what a sensible next step looks like, no jargon and no pitch attached.
Intro to Agentic AI is a free 90-minute in-person session running in Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga, designed for people with zero prior AI knowledge who want to see what structured adoption actually looks like before committing to anything.
From there, AI Marketing Foundations (a half-day cohort from $297 to $397 per seat) and AI Marketing Intensive (a private full-day session from $4,500 to $7,000) map your team’s real workflows to AI tools and end with an action plan you can use the next working day.
For teams ready to go further, the Marketing AI Sprint and AI Marketing OS (a monthly retainer from $2,500) install working AI systems directly into your marketing operation and provide ongoing capability building so the system keeps improving after the engagement ends.
Built for regional teams, not adapted for them
AI Agent Bee wasn’t adapted from a city template. The examples, the workshops, and the pricing were shaped by the businesses the founder already works with through Digital Marketer Bee: marketing managers, one- or two-person teams, and business owners who handle their own marketing across regional NSW and Victoria. It’s a genuine gap. The AI conversation in Australia has largely been a capital-city conversation, with case studies, pricing, and team sizes that assume metro budgets.
That focus also means being upfront about who it isn’t for. AI Agent Bee isn’t built for large corporate marketing departments with dedicated AI teams, and it isn’t a program agencies can rebadge and resell. If your team has tried a few AI tools already and gotten inconsistent results, or you want a structured approach that sticks past Friday, that’s the gap this was built to close, as explored in how to introduce AI to a sceptical team without it becoming a change management project.
Every program runs on the AI Agent Bee Doctrine, a published set of principles that shapes what AI should and shouldn’t be used for. The two that matter most: time saved is the floor, not the ceiling, and human judgment stays human. AI handles the drudgery; your team keeps the strategy, relationships, and creative direction.
Curious what that time actually looks like in practice? Take the free AI Readiness Scan and find out where your team sits.
Faster is just the starting point
Time savings are real and worth naming, but they’re the floor of what’s possible, not the goal itself. Teams going through AI Agent Bee’s programs have cut a monthly email campaign from 3 hours to 35 minutes, a month of social content from 6 hours to 90 minutes (detailed in the prompt that cut our clients’ social content time from 6 hours to 90 minutes), and a monthly campaign report from 2 hours to 20 minutes.
What matters is what teams do with that time back: testing three email versions instead of sending one, reaching an audience segment they never had time for, or spending the hour on strategy instead of spreadsheets. That’s the real argument in faster is the floor: what regional marketing teams can do when they get the time back, and it’s worth reading before assuming AI adoption is just about speed. How the launch went, and what comes next
AI Agent Bee officially launched in Albury on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, at the SS&A Club, an evening marking the start of agentic AI in the region with a first look at what AI Agent Bee is and a live demonstration of what agentic AI can actually do for local business owners, marketers, and community members.
The launch evening was a one-off, but the path it kicked off isn’t. The same starting point that got the room talking is still open to anyone who missed it: a free, three-minute Readiness Scan, followed by an in-person Intro to Agentic AI session in Albury-Wodonga or Wagga Wagga whenever the next one is scheduled.
See where your team sits with AI, and what a sensible next step looks like.
